Absolutely love Balzac Burgers! Everything the make is totally homemade; bread, fries, sauces. We have tried multiple burgers and everything is amazing. Love the atmosphere- the upstairs is beautifully well done and there is a cool surprise for tables! The people who work here genuinely care and make it an incredible experience every time. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back! P.S. they have a homemade, gluten free burger bun!

Wanted to grab a quick burger before heading back to the airport and I’m so pleased we tried this place. Genuinely one of the nicest burgers I’ve eaten. The service was great too. May have to come back to Tours just to eat here again

This bar is the perfect place to have hamburgers. I mean THE PERFECT! Highly recommended burger bar. The service was excellent, everyone was very very kind. Some of the waiters and waitresses speaks English too. They have vegetarian and vegan options if you like - on my picture it's a vegetarian burger. Don't miss it if you are in Tours.

Really tasty hamburguers. A little bit expensive but quality is great Good meat and toppings. Bread could be a little bit more stronger. Dogs are not allowed.
